Solar + Inverter for Off-Grid Camping The Basecamp is equipped with 1000 Watts of solar + 8000 Wh (Watt Hours) of lithium battery + 3500 watt Inverter that allows you to run all of the camper’s electrical features without needing shore power. On sunny days, the solar system easily keeps the batteries charged so you can enjoy several days of off-grid camping. This setup is great for boondocking, state parks, and campsites without electric hookups. Note: The solar and inverter system is not intended to run the air conditioner for extended periods. All trash, food, and personal items must be removed, and dishes should be washed prior to return. Appliances should be left generally clean. Black and gray tanks must be emptied by the guest prior to return unless the optional tank clean-out service was purchased at checkout. If excessive cleaning is required, or if tanks are not emptied without the service add-on, a portion of the security deposit may be withheld.
