Everything was easy to operate from Jerry's walk through and explanation. Jodi & Jerry was so helpful . Everything was set upon arrival at our campsite & no hassle start to finished.. It was our first time renting a trailer and It was the greatest and comfortable experienced for me my wife & our dog. Highly recommend , Worth every penny. We arrived about an hour later than planned, and he waited for us without any issues. He even repositioned the trailer from one campsite to another to better suit our needs before giving us a thorough walkthrough of everything. During our trip, we accidentally damaged one of the screen door hinges, and we also ran into an issue with the shower not draining. When we mentioned everything at pickup, he was incredibly understanding and reassuring. He took the time to explain what had happened and never made us feel stressed or blamed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his renters having a good experience and is available to help if anything comes up. The RV was exactly what we needed for our camping trip, and the entire rental process was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable RV rental and an excellent host.
