Forest River Coachmen Clipper 17BH Trailer

Our 2022 Coachmen Clipper 17BH is a lightweight travel trailer that’s easy to tow and very practical for small families or couples. The interior living space is around 105 sq ft, which honestly feels like a cozy studio-sized room on wheels. It comes with a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and bunk beds that can sleep two people comfortably. The layout is surprisingly well designed, so even a family of 4 or 5 still has their own little space without feeling too crowded. This trailer is small and lightweight compared to many others. Total dry weight with hitch is around 3400 lbs, so many SUVs can tow it without needing a pickup truck, which makes it a good option for people who are newer to RV camping. There’s also an LED light strip under the awning that gives a really nice atmosphere at night. We include some camping setup items as well, like an outdoor mat by the steps, camping lights, and equipment for the black tank. For longer stays at campsites without sewer hookups, you won’t need to move the trailer every time to empty wastewater. We bought this trailer brand new and have taken it all over Ontario over the past 3 years. Over time it became more like our little vacation home, so we’ve always tried to take very good care of it. We do regular maintenance every season and deep clean it after every trip. We’d love to rent it out to people who also care about keeping things clean and understand the basics of towing and using a travel trailer properly.
