Everything set up, levelled and stabilized and taken down so you just need to show up, enjoy, and leave when ready! ( bring your own pillows ) If you are having the trailer delivered you must select the septic dump out in add ons.

Great trailer for our annual camping family reunion. Matthew was very responsive. Trailer was delivered and set up prior to our arrival. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy our time with family. Would highly recommend!

We rented Matthew's RV and had a great experience. His communication was fantastic. He was easy to get a hold of for questions. He gave us some great advice to make our time in his RV go smoothly. Plus our puppies loved it. I would definitely rent from him again.
