Super lightweight and easy to tow at under 3600lbs which makes it able to be pulled by even some high tow rated SUVs!! There is a queen bed, 2 single bunks, and the dining table folds into a small single bed. (this would accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 3 children comfortably as the upper bunk and the dinnette bed are not sized or weight rated for adults.) There is lots of storage in this adorable camper and it comes equipped with a TV with DVD player, stereo with USB and indoor/outdoor speakers, 13ft Power Awning with LED lighting. We supply almost everything you could need! Linens and pillows, dishes and cookware, toaster, coffee maker, DVDs and games, camping chairs and more! Pack your clothes, toiletries and food and you are ready to go! This brand new, awesome little family trailer is just waiting to be taken on an adventure! **Please note: ~ Delivery is only available within Canada and will be 3-6pm. If you would like the trailer earlier please message me to see if we can make special arrangements for you. ~ NO SMOKING inside of the trailer at any time. ~ No more than 5 people sleeping in trailer. Either 3 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and 3 kids. (exception for babies up to 2 years) ** The upper bunk and dinette bed are NOT to be used by adults. They are not weight rated or sized for adult use. Any damage resulting from this will be at renters expense. ~ If using on a property without access to a sewage hookup or a dump station, then use of the toilet is prohibited. We have no capabilities for dumping on our residential property. ~ To use on a residential property it is neccessary to have a 20+ amp breaker to be able to use the air conditioning, in extreme heat. * We supply a 30 amp to 15 amp converter to be able to use a standard outlet or 12g extension cord (cannot use the microwave) when A/C is on. * in extreme heat/humidity the trailer could trip the breaker frequently with a less than 30 amp breaker. *We have included one full tank of propane however you are responsible for filling if you require more. ( in cold weather you will require a lot of propane for heat) * rentals in April and November are subject to harsh weather cancelations (snow/ice) ...will receive a future booking credit.
