The main bedroom features a standard queen-size bed with ample clothing storage provided by a built-in drawer dresser. The separate bunkhouse offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two upper bunks and a sofa that converts into either two twin-size beds or one king-size bed, ideal for families or larger groups. The main living area has lots of room for relaxing and spending time together. It includes a custom-built wall unit with a 40-inch Smart LED TV, a premium multimedia sound system with Bluetooth, HDMI, and MP3 hookup, plus a cozy fireplace. Additional sleeping space includes a jackknife sofa and a U-shaped dinette that converts into a queen-size bed. Enjoy the comforts of home in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large acrylic sink with a high-rise faucet, an 8 cu. ft. refrigerator freezer, microwave, stovetop, and oven. It includes everything you need, including dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cupboard space for food storage. The spacious bathroom has easy access from the second entry door. Outside, enjoy a cold drink from the mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen. It also includes a gas cooktop, additional cabinet storage, and extra utensils. The 21 foot power awning with LED lights provides shade on sunny days, and the outdoor speakers let you bring the fun outside. Bedding, pillows and towels are provided, including queen bedding for the main bedroom, twin bedding for the bunkhouse, and three sleeping bags. Please note this is a smoke free unit. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, or vape products, has taken place inside the trailer. Pick up or delivery time on the first day of booking is 2:00 p.m. Drop off and return time is 12:00 p.m. noon on the day of return, unless otherwise discussed. The trailer is available for delivery to your location for an added premium. If you are towing the trailer yourself, approval is required, and you must have a properly sized vehicle with a brake controller. Please note the water heater is propane only. Propane add on is required.
