Cozy, clean and simple!! This little 19 foot bunkhouse is great, and adequately designed for two adults and two small children, however, there are possible sleeping accommodations for up to two more small children or one more adult. Included in the rental of this unit is a full propane tank, outdoor mat, two adult size chairs, and two outdoor plastic tables, garbage, and recycling bins. Inside the trailer, you can choose to have either the classic table set up or a comfortable couch/bed. This detail needs to be specified before set up, as it cannot be changed by the renter. Also included in the rental, is clean and sanitized bedding, cookware, and dishes. As well as dish soap, hand soap, garbage, and recycling bags. Our grand River unit also has power awning (use with restrictions), AC, large size fridge/freezer, and microwave. These amenities are only available with 30 amp Hydro hook up sites, or generator rental. The propane tank will run the stove (x2 burners), water heater, and furnace. The washroom has a fully functioning shower, and extra legroom when sitting on the toilet. The trailer bunkbeds are 28“ x 80“ The trailer queen bed is 60” x 77“ Optional couch/bed is 38”x 77” The set up and pack up of this trailer are compliments of the host, allowing you more time to enjoy your holiday.
