This trailer is very spacious with the double slide outs and can sleep up to 8 people. The queen size bedroom in the front has a sliding door for privacy. The sofa folds down to make a bed. The dinning table can also collapse down to make a bed. Then in the back of the trailer there is a bunk room with a single bunk bed over a double bed. This section has a curtain for privacy. The toilet and shower are together with a door for privacy. Kitchen has a microwave, propane cooktop stove with oven and a propane/electric fridge with freezer. Plus a double sink. Plenty of storage cabinets throughout the trailer. Propane furnace heat and hot water and electric AC. This trailer is for delivery only and will be set up and taken down for you. Included in the rental are the following: 4 folding outdoor chairs 8 bowls, dinner plates and dessert plates 6 cups Cutlery Cooking utensils and cheese grater Coffee maker (Keurig) Toaster Pots and pans Dish cloths and tea towels 1 face cloth and bath towel per person on the agreement 2 hand towels 1 ply toilet paper Bedding (1 set) for all persons in the agreement Outdoor carpet for base of steps A mixture of coffee, tea, whitener, sugar, salt, pepper and dish soap are provided. The refrigerator runs on electricity when trailer is plugged in to power and propane when not. The furnace runs on propane. Additional fees: Waste tanks dumping fee is $50 if used. Propane use fee if more then one 20lbs tank used in a weekend. Water tank fill - if none available at campground or you have no access to water it can be filled before delivery at no charge. Pets are certainly welcome for a fee depending on quantity and size. NO SMOKING please, this is not negotiable and a non smoking unit. You are expected to wipe down the table and kitchen counters, wash dishes and sweep floor before pickup time as you will receive the unit clean to start your adventure off right! The beds will be made for you fresh and laundry done by us.
