Towing Requirements:
• To tow The Fern you will need to meet your vehicles towing and hitch max. weight capacities. A 2 5/16" ball and 7 pin trailer connection are also required. A 4 to 7 pin adapter can be provided. If you do not meet these requirements, please inquire about delivery!
• The trailer is equipped with electric brakes, so for your safety, we will provide you a Bluetooth Brake Controller that you can control from your mobile device!
Rules/Restrictions:
• Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Negotiation is subject to availability.
• Guests are expected to treat our trailers like their own and return the trailer as they received it, otherwise the "Professional Cleaning" fee may be applied.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the trailer.
• Guests are expected to empty the trailer's black and grey water holding tanks before the end of their stay to avoid being charged the "Emptying Septic" fee.
• Guests should absolutely tag us in their camping adventures and share their experiences with us! #choosehappytrails

We enjoyed our trip with this rv. The hosts were organized and helpful.
We had a good experience renting The Fern, nice and clean and perfect for our needs. Everything worked well, Alex and Candice were a pleasure to deal with!
We loved the trailer, it was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Candice and Alex are very responsive to any questions we had. They knew we were spending time with family including grand children, so added kids chairs and even provided a s’mores kit that the kids really enjoyed. The experience was perfect, the best hosts!
Very clean trailer. Had the fridge cold and everything ready to go when I got there. Very informative and easy to follow along when they were explaining how to use the trailer. Very nice people, can’t wait to rent from them again!
Absolutely fantastic hosts! The trailer was the perfect size for the 2 of us to have a little weekend getaway.
We felt very supported, and well prepared.
