2012 Jayco Jay Flight 26BH. A family-friendly travel trailer designed for up to 8 people, offering a spacious interior with a queen bed, single-over-double bunk beds, a convertible dinette, and a sofa. Includes a full bathroom, kitchen with appliances, and climate control. The queen size bedroom in the front has a curtain for privacy. The sofa folds down to make a bed. The dinning table can also collapse down to make a bed. Then in the back of the trailer there is a bunk room with a single bunk bed over a double bed. This section has a curtain for privacy. The toilet and shower are together with a door for privacy. Kitchen has a microwave, propane cooktop stove with oven and a propane/electric fridge with freezer. Plus a double sink. Plenty of storage cabinets throughout the trailer. Propane furnace heat and hot water and electric AC. Included in the rental are the following: Various size bowls, plates, cups, mugs, kids dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Toaster, kettle, dish cloths and 4 bath towels. Bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows) for queen and double included. Outdoor carpet for base of steps, 2 lawn chairs and a table. Sugar, salt, pepper and dish soap are provided. The refrigerator runs on electricity when trailer is plugged in to power and propane when not. The furnace runs on propane. Board games, outdoor games (washers, block game), Additional fees: Waste tanks dumping fee is $50 if used. Water tank fill - if none available at campground or you have no access to water it can be filled before delivery/pick up. Dog friendly. NO SMOKING, this is a non smoking unit. You are expected to wipe down the table and kitchen counters, wash dishes and sweep floor before pickup/drop off time as you will receive the unit clean to start your adventure off right! The beds will be made for you fresh and laundry done by us. Generator if needed for extra fee
