Family Fun Cottage

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage located on Rice Lake. This cottage is on the highest tier of the property in phase 1 giving you a view of the golf course and lake. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and second bedroom has a single over double bunk bed. All bedrooms are fully furnished with pillows and comforters. There is also a pull out sofa bed and luxury queen blow up mattress. Due to Covid, we do ask that you bring your own linens, pillow cases, blankets and toiletries when you come to the cottage. There are 2 decks that can be easily accessible from either the front or back of the property. The back deck is fully covered with a gazebo so you can sit and enjoy your drink of choice or have dinner on the outdoor patio dining table. The cottage is located on the corner lot and backs onto the golf course giving you additional privacy. All windows have privacy screens and each room has ice cold air conditioning. A night you can warm up by the fire pit and enjoy stargazing underneath the beautiful starry sky. Guests have access to: - BBQ and fire pit (firewood not provided) - Wifi on the resort, fast wifi in the cottage - Laundry Facilities on the resort 2$ wash, 2$ dry - TV & DVD - Netflix, Disney +, Prime, Crave the use of all amenities: - golf course + golf cart ( At additional costs) - kayaks, canoes, paddle boats first come first serve basis - marina - beach - hiking trails - tennis court - basketball court - gym - swimming pool - splash pad - kids club - kids playground This cottage has a capacity to sleep 4 adults and 2-3 kids no more than this. The cottage comes fully stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable. There is “no pets” and no smoking inside the cottage and no parties/events with out prior written consent and approval. A security deposit is required to cover any damages and will be returned upon confirmation from resort front desk after they do their walk through. There is also a $120 cleaning fee. You must be 25 years and older to rent. No loud parties or excessive noise. Have fun but please respect the neighbours. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — 50% payment due on booking and balance must be paid in full 3 days before arrival. There is also a $200 cancellation fee should you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date and we cannot find another renter to take your place.
