I'm always happy to answer questions before your trip and can help first-time renters feel comfortable using the trailer. ## Pickup & Towing Requirements For guests choosing pickup: * A suitable tow vehicle with sufficient towing capacity is required. * An **electric trailer brake controller is mandatory**. * A **7-pin trailer wiring connector is required**. * **Previous trailer towing experience is required.** * If you're unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, simply send me the **year, make, and model** before booking, and I'll be happy to help confirm compatibility. * If you don't have towing experience or a brake controller, take advantage of our convenient delivery and setup service. ## Return Requirements To help us prepare the trailer for the next guests: * Both the **black (sewage) and gray water holding tanks must be completely emptied** before returning the trailer. * Failure to empty the holding tanks may result in a dumping and cleaning fee in accordance with RVezy policies. * Please remove all garbage and personal belongings before returning the trailer. * The trailer should be returned in reasonably clean condition.
