Escape the ordinary in our 2021 Grand River 2678HS — a spacious, modern travel trailer built for families who want the full camping experience without roughing it. Whether you're a first-time camper or a seasoned adventurer, we've got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Sleep up to 6 comfortably with a private queen bedroom at the front, cozy bunk beds for the kids, and a dinette that converts to an additional sleeping area. Need to camp off-grid or stay connected on the road? Our off-Grid add-ons (Starlink internet, battery power, and solar) can provide you with fast, reliable internet as well as electricity for low electricity usage essentials like charging and lights. The kitchen has everything you need: full-size fridge, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, double sink, and a coffee maker to start your mornings right. The full bathroom features a tub/shower with skylight, toilet, and a separate vanity — rare in a trailer this size. Outside, kick back under the large awning and enjoy your site. The trailer is equipped with four exterior security cameras for added peace of mind throughout your stay. What's Provided vs. What to Bring - Kitchenware: Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking tools are provided. Guests should bring their own food, spices, and dish soap/sponge. - Linens & bedding: Not included by default — bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels, or add the Linens & Bedding Package ($35) to have everything provided and set up for you. - Toiletries: Not provided — please bring your own paper towels, soap, and personal toiletries. However, please do not flush the toilet paper down the toilet in order to prevent the septic tank clogging. - Camping gear: Portable propane firepit, 3 camping chairs, 2 tables, and a utility cart are included at no extra cost (see below). Delivery & Setup We deliver to campgrounds and sites within 100km of Kingston, Ontario — no tow vehicle needed. Delivery is $2/km with a $50 minimum. If you'd like to extend the delivery distance, a $100 fee applies. We'll set up the trailer at your site, walk you through all the systems (Starlink, battery, appliances, etc.), and pick it up at the end of your stay. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Discounts - 25% off midweek stays (Monday–Friday) - 10% off weekly bookings (7+ nights) - 20% off monthly bookings (28+ nights) Optional Add-Ons - Linens & bedding package — $35 - Propane refill prepayment — $20. House Rules — All Bookings - No smoking inside the trailer - Pets allowed with a $30 fee - Maximum occupancy: 6 guests - Must be 25+ years old to book - Renters are responsible for dumping the black/grey tanks before return, or pay a $40 sanitation fee (or prepay to skip this) - No off-roading or driving on unpaved roads beyond normal campground access - Report any damage immediately — do not attempt to repair it yourself - Leave the trailer in the same condition it was received - Trailer comes with 2 propane tanks (~4 days of coverage). Renters must refill propane before returning the RV, in addition to possible need for refill during long bookings. Ask us about a mid-stay swap or refill at any propane exchange near your site If We're Delivering - No driver's license or towing equipment needed - Do not move or relocate the trailer without prior approval If You're Picking Up - Valid driver's license required - Must have proper towing equipment and a vehicle rated to tow this trailer - We'll walk you through hookup and all systems before you leave
