The Kitchen: Skip the campfire hot dogs (unless you want them!) and enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen. It includes a 12cubic ft refrigerator, a gas cooktop, a convection microwave, and a stainless steel sink. All the basic cookware is included. The Living Area: Relax in the slide-out dinette (which converts into an extra bed) while enjoying the LED TV and premium sound system. The Bathroom: No more late-night walks to the campground bathhouse. It features a full, spacious bathroom with a standing shower, skylight, sink, and toilet. Important Rules & Guidelines To keep our Micro Minnie in pristine condition for all our guests, we ask that you follow a few simple rules: No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the RV. A deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. Towing Requirements: Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of at least 5,000 lbs, a 7-pin round wiring connector, and a 2-5/16 inch hitch receiver. A brake controller is highly recommended. Pet Policy: We love furry friends! Well-behaved pets are welcome with a small additional pet fee. Please do not leave pets unattended in the RV unless crated with the A/C running. Festivals: Please inquire first if you plan to bring the RV to a festival. Return Condition: Please return the RV with empty grey and black water tanks to avoid a dumping fee, and sweep up any loose dirt before dropping it off!
