There is also a dinette, pull out couch and an electric fireplace under the main TV. •Rear bunkhouse/ second living room area: Includes it's own dinette/ seating area. 2 bunks; 4 beds (one is a little wider than the others but not quite a double) and a closet with all the family games. •Solar power: The interior fridge, all the lighting, the power jack and all the slides are run on solar powered energy. Electricity plug in is needed for use of outlets, water heater (or propane) and fireplace. •Outdoor amenities: Equipped with an electric awning, outdoor speakers and outdoor shower area. It also has an exterior kitchen with large mini fridge, perfect for snacks and drinks for the littles! •This travel trailer has A/C for those hot days and a furnace for those cool nights. There is also an electric fireplace that can be used for some added heat or used for light ambiance. •Other things included: LED flashing lights in bedrooms & living area for the kiddos dance parties, Bluetooth speaker system (indoor and outdoor) & Aux hook up, 2x30lb propane tanks, water fill up, outdoor kids picnic blanket, picnic basket, some novels, 50 amp extension cord & surge protector, RhinoFLEX sewer hose, stabilizer Jacks, outdoor area carpet, 2 camping chairs & a folding table. (Bring chairs) Please NO smoking and NO pets in the RV. The RV and all the equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was given to you. Any damage incurred will come out of the deposit.
