Welcome to your camping experience! Great for a couples getaway or for a small family. This extremely clean trailer is located in Niagara Falls. The trailer has one slide out that makes it feel cozy and spacious. The kitchen comes with two burner stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet and sink (no towels provided).The bedroom has a queen bed and the kitchen table folds down to a bed that would fit a tween or two small children. There is two single bed in the back .If your family is larger we can provide a tent and more air mattresses! Everything you need in the kitchen will be provided. (Pots/pans, cutting board, cutlery, glasses, plates, tea kettle, toaster, etc), 4 camping chairs, TV with built in VCR for rainy days. (You will need to bring your own DVD’s). If you are opting to tow this yourself please ensure you have a suitable tow vehicle with brake controller. We are happy to provide a hitch compatible for your truck. Alternatively we are happy to arrange delivery. This trailer is 100% Smoke Free. Please do not smoke inside. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if smoking of any kind occurs. This trailer is pet friendly! If you are bringing a pet, please ensure you clean up after them. If there is any damage a $250 pet damage fee will apply. Upon pickup and delivery you will be provided an in depth walk around of the trailer and it’s features. If not experienced with travel trailers we will go though everything you need to know. We will also give you contact phone numbers in case you have any questions to ask while on your vacation! When you finish vacation we ask that you return RV by 4pm.
