2024 Grand River 25 BH

This comfy family friendly camper is great for a weekend of camping and getting away! A spacious queen bed and curtains for privacy, kitchen table that coverts to a bed and double over double bunks, you can sleep the whole family and friends! The trailer has a very spacious full sized fridge and freezer, and a (propane) flame stove top. It also has a microwave and a double sink as well as a bathroom, bathroom sink and shower. 2 propane tanks, a battery and a water tank and pump system is equipped for out of park adventures. NOTE: All off park trips must add on the generator, or supply their own. Must use water tank and pump to operate toilet and sinks (if toilet is left clogged or damaged, there will be an extra charge). A city water connection and hose as well as a septic tube are provided for park trips. For hot summer days the trailer is equipped with A/C requiring 30Amp plug in. (Everything else runs off normal 15-20AMP). The trailer has a powered awning providing nice shady areas with camp chairs in storage. There is tons of storage for whatever you may want to bring in and under the trailer. There is a weight limit of 300lbs for this trailer as it not built for heavy individuals unfortunately. If you have somebody over the weight limit enter, it can lead to damages that the renter is responsible for. For any questions regarding the trailer please feel free to reach out, and I look forward to providing you and your family a happy and enjoyable camping trip!

Mike is very communicative and the RV was very clean. For future renters: this RV must be hooked up to electricity to function (water pumps, awning, fridge, lights, etc. can't run off of the battery/propane).

Mike was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. One thing I would recommend for future renters is to read the listing description carefully and come prepared. The trailer was very minimally equipped and did not include basic kitchen items such as utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, kettle, etc., so you’ll need to bring essentially everything you plan to use. The trailer was also delivered without water in the tank. We weren’t expecting this and had to fill it by hand in order to use the sink and toilet, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, communication with Mike was good and the trailer was clean, but I do think the rental experience would be improved by including a few basic essentials and having the water tank filled upon delivery, or making it very clear ahead of time that renters will need to take care of this themselves.
