This trailer is in great condition and comes fully loaded with Bunk Beds and a convertible double bed, indoor toilet, tub/shower, pantry, closet, 2-burner range, microwave, single galley sink, fridge/freezer, dinette, overhead cabinets throughout, 10' awning & much more to make your vacation time as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
*THINGS TO NOTE*
Towing Requirements:
• You will need to ensure that your vehicle’s towing and hitch max. weight capacities are appropriate for towing the trailer. A 2-inch hitch ball is needed and your vehicle should be wired with a 7-pin trailer connection. A 4 to 7-pin adapter can be provided.
• The trailer is equipped with electronic brakes, so for safe towing your vehicle should have a trailer braking system installed. If you do not have this installed, we can provide a Bluetooth Brake controller that works with your smartphone. (See add-ons for details). If you are unsure, we can assist with checking for the braking system on pick-up.
Rules/Restrictions:
Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible.
Guests are expected to treat our trailer with care and return the trailer in the same condition as they received it.
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO vaping in the trailer.
Please, no pets.
Guests are expected to empty the trailer’s black and grey water holding tanks before returning to avoid being charged the “Emptying Septic” fee.
Guests should absolutely share their adventures and camping experience with us via Outdoorsy!

Fantastic rental experience. Marc is an excellent communicator. We drove off confidently, as Marc took the time to explain all features. We rented the Bluetooth braking system as an add on which worked great. RV is as advertised, well maintained, clean and in great working order. We rented in late fall and used the furnace a few times- as it heats up quickly and RV holds its warmth , we did not need it much. Definitely recommend-we will rent from Marc again.
Marc and Shameeza are excellent hosts. They took the time to explain everything and their trailer is in impeccable shape. The welcome gift of s’mores for the kids was really appreciated. Would definitely rent again!
Our family had the absolute best camping experience with this camper, the entire process was simple and problem free. Easy pickup and drop-off process, instructions were easy and clear, communication was very fast! Would 100% rent again!!
