Brian was great to work with. He was flexible with times to fit with our travel schedule. His tour of the unit was comprehensive, so it made the trip smooth. I wanted to reach out about some issues we ran into during our recent RV rental. Overall, we were disappointed given the cost of the rental, and I think it’s important to share what happened: • The awning was broken and couldn’t be used, so we had no shelter from sun or rain, and no shelter tent was provided as a backup. • The air conditioning kept cutting in and out while we were driving. • When it rained, water leaked in through the light fixtures, which soaked and stained some of our clothes and got my phone wet (thankfully it still works). • The fridge hadn’t been defrosted before pickup, so we lost several groceries, including fruit, cottage cheese, and lettuce. • There was no outdoor carpet included. • The captain’s chair behind the passenger seat wouldn’t glide because of a broken cable. • One of the cabinet doors was very hard to open due to a broken hinge. We understand things can occasionally go wrong with a vehicle, but this many issues together made for a pretty frustrating trip and fell short of what we expected for the price we paid. I’d appreciate it if we could discuss some partial compensation. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
