Cozy, comfy and fully renovated 24 FOOT RV with 1/2 moon dinette with dinning room slide, creates space for dance parties. Fully accessible without pushing out slide. Sleeps 5-6 (1 queen, 1 double & dinette converted to 3/4 bed). Full washroom with shower (also outdoor shower if preferred), fully functional kitchen with 4 burner stove, microwave, includes pot/ pans, cutlery & dishes for 6. Rules: - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or pot) in/around RV ($400 cleaning fee if smoking in rv) - No pets - No driving when drinking alcohol or consuming any cannabis or any intoxicating substances. - no toilette paper in toilette, use garbage beside toilette like in Europe or Carribean -keep the RV clean, wash dishes before return Included : -use of generator, but don't works if 1/4 tank if gas or more -dishes/cups/cooking utensils for 6 -vacuum, broom, cleaning supplies - black/gray water tanks empty/ready for use (however must empty before return or pay $100 fee) Options for a fee: - bedding, pillows for up to 3 beds - towels for # of registered guests - camp chairs, sun shade /umbrella (to be decided) - outdoor carpet - filling with fresh water - clean out black/grey tank ($100) -perfect for solo, and couple or up to 5-6 people including family with older kids (no child seats and not sure how/where it would install).
