Josee's Flagstaff E-Pro 19FBS Travel Trailer

Overall, we had a very good experience renting from Josée. She was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We really appreciated being able to pick up the RV at 7:00 a.m., which helped us get an early start on our trip. The RV was also clean and well cared for overall. There were just a few things that future renters may find helpful to know. The fresh water tank appeared to need a cleaning, as the water had a fairly strong odor after we filled it. We also found that while the listing states the RV can accommodate up to four people, the sofa bed doesn't fold out into a completely flat sleeping surface. It worked, but it was a little challenging for our two young children, as one had to sleep on the raised cushion section. The only other point I'd mention is that our return felt a bit rushed because another rental was scheduled to pick up the RV the same day. We returned it around noon after a great family trip, and it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility to finish packing and cleaning without feeling pressed for time. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and appreciate Josée's hospitality.
