Family escape

This is a 2018 Tracer Breeze, 31', very clean with an upgraded non RV Queen mattress in main bedroom, all mattresses in the bunk room have also been upgraded, very comfortable, not your usual RV mattresses! Upgraded double reclining loveseat replaces the pull out couch. Upgraded shower head in bathroom, yes, long hair can now be washed! The trailer sleeps 8 comfortably. No smoking or vaping inside trailer please. It features 2 slide outs, one in the bunk room making for lots of space for the kids to have on their own and to keep all their stuff out of the way!, and a slide in the main area with a reclining loveseat and the dinette, this opens up the main area so it doesn't feel cramped. Our trailer sports a nice outside kitchen with a fridge, grill and sink, also has an outlet, keeping drinks outside and allowing for extra cooking space if needed. The outdoor shower allows for beach going kids to wash off before tracking all that dirt inside. Large 16 foot electric awning creates lots of shade. lots of windows and very bright inside. We include camp chairs and propane at no charge up to a week. New for 2022 is that we no longer provide a portable BBQ, this is for faster turnaround on weekends when we have to clean and get the trailer ready for the next family. the BBQ is always the hardest to clean properly so it is ready for the next renter, we still have the grill (not to be mistaken for a BBQ though) We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. It is solar ready if you plan on going off grid and need to keep the battery charged for light voltage use. This trailer takes 50 amp service but I have a step down adapter so you can use 30 amp if needed, and I supply all adapters to drop from 50 amp to 30 to 15 if needed, I also have a generator plug to 30 amp adapter. We have a nice strong air conditioner and floor vented heating in all rooms. A minimum full size pickup (1/2 ton) is required to pull this comfortably but my 6 cyl 3l Diesel (Dodge Ram) does the job as well. We offer a sewer tote as an add on for those going to parks without full service like Ontario Provincial parks. We deliver within a few hours of the GTA (add on) Our practice is to make you as comfortable as possible and we strive to go the extra mile so you come away with a positive experience every time.
