Looking for a comfortable, stress-free camping experience? Our spacious travel trailer is designed specifically for families and small groups who want the fun of camping without sacrificing comfort. Clean, modern, and easy to use, it’s perfect for campground stays or even extra guest space at your home. The layout comfortably sleeps six guests, with the ability to accommodate up to eight if younger children are sharing spaces. The private front bedroom features a true queen-size bed with a closing door for privacy and built-in storage. In the rear, you’ll find double-over-double bunk beds that can each sleep one adult or two children comfortably. The dinette converts into a double-size sleeping area ideal for kids, and the fold-out sofa works best for one child. While the trailer can technically sleep eight, we recommend six guests for the most comfortable experience. You won’t be roughing it during your stay. The fully equipped indoor kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, sink with hot and cold water, cookware, pots and pans, utensils, and basic serving essentials—just bring your food. Outside, the camper also features an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink, and cooktop, making it easy to prepare meals in the fresh air. Inside, you’ll enjoy air conditioning for hot summer days and a furnace for cooler nights, along with excellent ventilation and window shades for privacy. Entertainment includes a mounted TV (bring your own streaming device or DVDs) and a Bluetooth stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The full bathroom includes a hot shower, sink with vanity, flushing toilet, and starter RV-safe toilet paper with tank treatment. We provide a thorough walkthrough at pickup or delivery so even first-time renters feel comfortable operating everything. For the easiest experience, delivery and full setup are available. We offer delivery within 30 miles for a flat fee and can travel up to approximately 100 miles for an additional distance-based fee. Delivery includes leveling, full hookups, slide-outs, awning setup, orientation, and complete teardown at the end of your stay. If you prefer to tow the trailer yourself, your vehicle must be properly rated for approximately 8,000 pounds and equipped with a functioning brake controller, and you will be responsible for emptying the waste tanks prior to return. Optional add-ons include a linens package for $75, which provides fresh sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels for your group. Grocery stocking is also available if you would like to have groceries delivered to us in advance and placed inside the refrigerator and cabinets before your arrival. Standard propane for normal cooking and heating use is included, though excessive usage may require a refill fee. Our camper is family-friendly and pet-friendly. Well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome with prior notice, and there is no additional pet fee, though pets must be supervised and any mess cleaned up. The RV is equipped with safety features including a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, propane detector, and first aid kit. To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the trailer, and it is not available for festivals or party events. The minimum renter age is 25. A $100 cleaning fee applies to each rental to ensure professional cleaning and sanitizing between guests.
