Here is a beautifully maintained, easy to drive 2011 30’ Four Winds Majestic mobile home with tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear. It comfortably sleeps 7. Features include: on board generator, propane/electric refrigerator, air conditioner with electronic thermostat, back-up camera, porcelain toilet with sprayer, heavy duty steering stabilizer, front and rear heavy duty sway bars, heavy duty shocks. Queen size bed in back. Door and curtain in back close to separate the bathroom and bedroom area from the living, dining and kitchen area. King size bed above the cab. Custom made window treatments with room darkening fabric. Ceiling to floor drapes with matching tiebacks to separate the cab from the living space keeping it cool in summer and warm in the fall. There is a 17’ screen room available if you will be staying in one location for a while (for a fee). No smoking. No boondocking, No pets,and No festivals without discussion

    We had a family reunion out in West Virginia the first week in August. We decided to rent an RV this how I found Rod the owner of the RV. He was very polite and up front we us the whole time. The only down fall is the no pet rule. But we definitely rent from him next year.

    We had a blast on our family road trip. "Archie" was easy to drive, clean and comfortable for my family of 3, with room to spare. Rod is a really nice guy and responded quickly to any question we had. We would love to do it again soon
