No exclusions. You will be charged for Ozone treatment if smoked in.
* there is a mandatory additional Fee for sewage maintenance if using off grid: no sewage hookup during rental period.
& ** Guests MUST add on during booking if not booking a 3-way camping site.
***Guests on a Camping Site with sewage hook up do not need the add on
*** Propane fee: we provide a separate tank for the portable BBQ. BBQ is free but a charge of $25 per tank is for propane use. The tank MUST be returned with the camper, you will be charged for a new one if the tank isn’t left with the camper.

Drop off to site is at 5pm unless agreed upon otherwise.
Please note: You must be present at drop off for our collective inspection & instructions on how to use the propane.
Pickup: Default pickup is 10:00am. Unless agreed upon otherwise.

If you depart prior to our arrival damages (above normal wear/tear) will be charged to the primary renter.

Une note de l’hôte: We only rent/deliver within PEI. Please communicate 2 days prior to booking what time arrival and departure times, your cell#, campsite name on booking and site #. If no communication is offered, we will default to 5pm drop off and a 10 am sharp, pickup. Drop off to your site is available 4pm to 7 pm. Pickup is available 8 am to 10 am Please be mindful that you must be present at drop off and pickup for collective inspections. We know plans change- please communicate with us if your anticipated arrival changes. There is a 20 minute Grace period for all drop offs. We will depart without going over the RV & Inspection process if you’re not present at the agreed upon time.

We enjoyed our stays.
First time renting with RVez. Was sooo impressed with the experience. The owner was super responsive and kindly answered all my 'first timer' questions. RV was spotless, and appeared to be practically new. BBQ provided worked great. Enjoyed the little extras like being able to bluetooth our phones to the indoor and outdoor speakers. Only thing to point out (and not the renters fault) is the shower head is super low and really weak - though the water was nice and hot. Would not hesitate to rent from this person again.
