The owner was good to deal with. The trailer was solid and functional, though it was a little rough and could use a good cleaning. It seemed that there hadn’t been time between rentals to set it up for the next customer.

Extremely clean and exactly as described. Pick up was easy and host was very communicative.

Scott's communication was good but there were lots of unexpected things wrong with this rental that cannot go unreported. -no propane included? That's a first for us. -no power adapter for the plug. I don't agree with the owner's response on this of "renters usually have one". Well we do now... -the battery was completely dead. And half the fuses didn't charge. We found this out when onsite at an unpowered location so had to go buy our own battery for the trip -the water had not been used since being winterized. When we opened it up, antifreeze came out first, then water smelling like sulphur. We couldn't use it for washing up because the smell tainted everything the water touched. -the owner was not present for the initial walk thru which we found odd. We found some damage to the bathroom vent that had to be fixed once we had it out. -the fridge has some mold in it because it's gotten wet and warm but not clean and dry. This trailer was not ready for use. Period. The things we went through during the rental should never need to happen. The trailer needs a thorough inspection, cleaning (including windows!!), and testing of all services. We cannot recommend this unit to anyone until the issues we experienced are resolved fully.
