When you rent our Fam-Bam RV you will enjoy some quality time with your friends and family like if you were right at home, so comfortable, specious and cozy! With tons of storage, includes one queen bed in master bedroom with storage underneath and drawers, full walk in shower with storage space in the bathroom area, a sofa bed with tons of storage underneath including an air mattress for extra sleeping space, then it has a dinette that turns into a full bed that would be able to sleep two people. It has all entertainment needed! It has Indoor/outdoor speakers with subwoofer, and 32 in flat screen TV with a DVD included! LED lights that change colors on the living room area!Full kitchen with gas stove and oven underneath! But that’s not all, it includes an outdoor grill with all utensils and tools to barbecue! Electric stabilizers, Electric tongue jack, Electric awning to save you tons of work and time! Cold A/C and hot heat with ducted unit 2 electric slide outs (1 for living area) (2 for huge closet in master bedroom) Full Fridge that works great! Shower and toilet all work perfect! Outdoor shower and Outdoor rug! A couple of camping chairs and a shoe rack! Coffee maker (including coffee) toaster, cooking pans, knives and utensils but feel free to bring your own cooking utensils and tools (Make yourself at home on wheels)! If you bringing your kiddos we provide with some cute plates, utensils and cups for them. *Important MSG! The RV is cleaned and sanitized before and after each and every trip! We pause rentals for at least 24 hrs in between rentals to make sure the trailer is ready for the next adventure! All hoses for sewer and water hookups 30 amp power cord are provided! We can provide with the generator as well if needed at an extra cost.
