The sweetest little camper right in the heart of Tennessee's beautiful countryside of rivers and lakes! This new 2021 Jayco Jay Flight is perfect for couples or smaller families. Weighing in at 3750lbs. it can easily be towed by smaller trucks or SUVs yet it's 21' length carries plenty of conveniences. It's clean modern style gives it a classy but homey feel. The luxurious queen bed with memory foam mattress , double bunks, and table that folds into a bed can sleep up to five. It boasts a cute kitchen complete with range, microwave, mini fridge and freezer. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. Furnished with a TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speakers inside and out. It's 10' awning with LED outdoor lights and the included folding table makes an awesome spot for relaxing, food and drinks, and camaraderie. Optional camp chairs and portable grill complete the experience! We supply "extras" such as cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, dish soap, washcloths etc. to keep your vacation exciting and enjoyable! Fresh linens, (sheets, spare sheets, comforter, blankets, pillows, and towels) will be provided for a fee. Propane refills are available. Please keep this tiny home on wheels clean and pet free for the next happy campers! $30 fee if returned overly dirty. $150 fee if pet sign or hair are present. No smoking please! $150 fee if sign/odor of smoking is detected. It is your responsibility to empty the gray water and black water tanks. You will be charged a $60 service fee if the gray/black water tanks are not empty upon return. Thank you for caring for our little "Sweet"!
