Appliances: - portable induction burner. - toaster oven - single cup coffee machine (bring your favorite ground coffee, not a Keurig, can be refilled or used to boil water for tea) - mini electric chopper/food processor - sandwich press/electric grill - rice cooker - 2 mini waffle irons! (You can use outdoors on the attached fold-down table with LED lights using an extension cord [provided]. Just be sure those all stay dry, so mind it's not going to rain if cooking outdoors!) We also have all manner of kitchen and bar tools, such as: - measuring cups - large bowls with lids - pizza cutter - shears - cheese graters/lemon zesters - salt/pepper mills, - whisk - citrus juicers - cocktail shaker - big ice cube (for whiskey) & other molds - small smoothie blender - nearly any coffee/tea brewing gadget you might love, including a French press, pour over & filters, and even a small espresso kettle! Of course there's: - plates & utensils for 5 - numerous cups, koozies, & wine glasses. Plus, we also provide: - large cooler& a couple of bags of ice - 5 gallons filtered water that you can refill at many locations within typical driving distance __ BATHROOM: • flushing toilet • shower with handheld showerhead that attaches to the wall • small sink with removable stopper • organic hand soap in dispenser • toilet paper • microfiber hand as well as extra large body towels __ STORAGE; • some below bathroom sink & above (medicine cabinet with first aid kit) • limited in kitchen galley. A plastic bin behind a trash bag holder under the kitchen sink acts as a pantry • small mesh bags hung in front of the 2 front corner shelves for storing fruits and veggies • shoe rack on the front of the bathroom door to place shoes in plastic shower caps, some clothes, or other small items • towel rack hung inside bathroom door • bedroom has 7 plastic bins with lids and handles between the mattress and back wall. Clothes or many other things can fit in them. (They can also be removed if needed, and then put back in place.) • trash bin under sink & optional secondary bin we use for recycling hung on front pots/pans cabinet (above paper towel roll) • additionally, the pass-through storage under the bedroom can be accessed by flipping forward the stairs leading to the bed (we usually put the cooler here & put the 5 gallon water jug & our clothes bags or larger pantry items in the shower, tbh) __ OUTDOORS: • outdoor rug to keep mud/dirt out • 2 sturdy camping chairs For additional charge: * Solo Stove smokeless fire pit & 1 bundle of local firewood * lightweight camping hammocks * inflatable 2-person kayak * dual fuel generator with full tank of gas __ ENTERTAINMENT: • (most other RVs don't offer) WiFi internet! But we can't guarantee internet access as there may not be a cell tower nearby • 32" TV has a Google Chromecast to stream your favorite movies/media directly from your phone • cable to connect TV sound to the built-in amplifier and speakers both inside and outside the trailer (either can be deactivated) • tiny Bluetooth adapter plugged into the amp so you can connect your device • amplifier has radio, but DVD doesn't work • separate small DVD player with remote can be connected, which also plays CDs • broadcast TV antenna is available, however, we will set it up only upon request __ SAFETY!: • fire extinguisher by the front door • carbon monoxide detector/alarm at ground level. We always inspect the fire extinguisher and test the fire alarm by the bedroom entrance before every rental. VENTILATION: If you're going to use the gas stove, which you needn't if you use the induction burner, be sure for your safety to open the window and exhaust fan in the bathroom to prevent carbon monoxide buildup! • window is behind the kitchen sink, with a rotating handle on the left side (clockwise to open) • exhaust/extractor fan in the bathroom automatically comes on when cover is opened further (& can be turned off) • front door can be secured open outside • magnetic mosquito netting inside the front door keeps the bugs out (can be stashed to either side to keep it out of the way) • special dog screen on the inside of that mosquito mesh can be easily rolled out from the right of the door & secured onto a metal lip on the left. (Using both the netting and this screen, you can keep the door secured open while keeping the bugs out & your babies - furry or otherwise - in!) __ CLIMATE CONTROL: • built-in air conditioner/fan above galley. (Fins on sides & slots on bottom can be opened/closed to direct cold air where you'd prefer. It's rather noisy, though, so • we keep a dehumidifier going under the dinette to help keep things comfortable without running the AC all the time as it can be a little loud • personal fan attached to the entertainment console acts as a ceiling fan that can be rotated or moved elsewhere if you prefer since it has its own battery (& light, plus a "sleep" function) • small bladeless heater/fan at the far corner of the bed • standup heater with modest cool fan feature on the floor in front of the stairs leading to the bedroom • thermostat controlling the built-in gas heater is across from that floor heater behind the bathroom door. (We leave it set to the lowest setting since it will automatically kick on the gas heater when it gets below that temp.) __ THINGS TO BE CAREFUL OF, please: • Do not, under any circumstance, turn on the water pump switch on the wall next to the stove unless instructed you can do so. It will burn out the pump since it is only to be used if one is boondocking/wilderness camping and have filled the fresh water tank. • The kitchen knives are in a slot holder behind the stove and are currently very sharp. Please be cautious when using them, particularly if there are small children or rambunctious doggies around. Please scrub clean the knives right away after each use with the provided dish brush and detergent, towel dry them, and store them back in their slot. • Speaking of knives, please always use one of the thin plastic cutting sheets from on top of the kitchen cabinet before cutting on any surface. Please DO NOT cut directly on the butcher block counter extension or the white plastic board (which is unfortunately made of plastic cutting board material) above the kitchen sink. Basically, before cutting anywhere, PLEASE use the cutting sheets. • You're going to want to wash dishes if you cook at all. Unfortunately, the "gray water" tank can fill up quickly if you use a lot of water for washing, in the bathroom, and ESPECIALLY if you use the shower! We recommend you consider washing dishes in the collapsible red silicon bucket under the fridge, then rinsing them in another container before setting them to dry using the drying mat on the dining table. You can keep an eye on the gray and black water tanks by pressing the buttons on the console left of the stove. • On the other hand, the black water tank may not fill as quickly, particularly if you and your family are able to use the facilities at a campground where you're staying. If that's the case, you don't need to worry about being stingy with the water when you flush. If you do have to poo, after you've flushed, please add a scoop of the Happy Camper powder and flush it with a good amount of water in the toilet bowl. (Step part way to fill the bowl, then all the way to flush it. After, step on it a bit again so there's some water at the bottom of the bowl creating a good seal to keep out odors.) • The refrigerator takes some time to cool down to appropriate temperatures to keep all your food safe and fresh. We help it along by filling the freezer with frozen ice chest packs. That said, we recommend you use the provided ice chest with ice for anything that absolutely must be kept cold at all times. There is a temperature sensor in the fridge with a wireless readout under the microwave. When the temperature gets to the point you need, you should be able to start using the fridge as normal, with the understanding that it's a small fridge so the cold will escape very quickly if it is left open at all. In fact, you will want to be mindful to close the fridge very well - not slamming but pushing it well closed. • Don't forget to ventilate, even if it's frigid out, if you plan to cook on the gas stove! That's about it. Any questions or concerns? Let us know!

Howdy! Luigi & Gabby here. (I'll have to find a recent pic with our pups Lola - 5 & Lulú - 3.) — We love to explore new places, be they eateries nearby or countries far away or anywhere in between. Being adventurous, we purchased our pre-owned 2012 Forest River V-Cross the Vibe (model 6501) trailer near the end of the pandemic and have slowly been fixing and sprucing it up to turn it into our cozy 2nd home on wheels. We've traveled around Arkansas, New Mexico, and Texas and have even gotten to see 2 solar eclipses near Utopia, TX. We've been blessed to make so many fun memories, and look forward to helping you make fond memories of your own with your family and canine companions. Thank you for taking a look, and hope to host you real soon!
