Here’s what’s included to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: - Sleeping for 8: Queen bed, Dinnette conversion bed, Futon couch, Bunk (almost Full Size each) - Comfortable Outdoor Seating: Three chairs, each rated for up to 250 lbs - Fun in the Water: Two boogie boards (large and small) and two inflatable tubes with a pump for those sunny beach days - Convenient Extras: A small ice chest with wheels, perfect for keeping drinks cold while on the go - Linens & Towels: Fresh sets of linens and bath towels for each bed and guest, along with two shower caddies (his & hers) complete with soap and a pack of 4 rolls of TP - Cooking Essentials: Brand new cookware, a new coffee pot with coffee, and a bag of Solo cups. We also provide plastic forks and knives as well as some sturdy steel cutlery for your convenience. - Fully Stocked Propane: Both propane tanks are filled and ready to use! - Additional Gear: An extension cord, a small ladder, jumper cables, and a big lighter for all your camping needs. **Recommendations**: If you're visiting Austin and staying at Emma Long Lake, I also have a 2017 WaveRunner VX Deluxe (three-seater) available for some extra fun on the water! **Extended Stays**: If you’re staying longer than two weeks, I’ll provide extra towels, linens, and blankets, or we can arrange to add more to your camper if you're traveling far.
