Ladies you have all you need to keep you comfortable and guys you have the room to bring your toys. This RV has a ton of space and can sleep up to 6 people with a garage in the rear of unit that is 12’ in length and can accommodate up to two motorcycles or one golf cart size vehicle. The rear ramp converts into an outdoor porch for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. This unit comes with “Auto-Leveling” jacks making it super easy to setup in most any area. This beautiful 3-axle fifth-wheel toy hauler is filled with options and accessories: • 3 slides providing ample space inside • 2 large awnings to provide shade for the outside • 3 air conditioners to keep it cool during the summer months when running on 50 Amp service • Generator • King size bed in front bedroom • 2 queen size beds in rear garage that lift out of the way when not in use. • 2 bathrooms, one full size bathroom up front with shower and half bath in the rear cargo area • Full size double door refrigerator • Stove, microwave, and double sink • Basic cookware and silverware (However, it is recommended you bring all the supplies you will need for eating, drinking and preparing meals) • 50" TV and DVD player in living room along with 4 recliners • 30” TV in front bedroom • 30" TV and Bluetooth capable Sony sound system in garage area • Bose speakers that can be moved outside to provide tunes for when you are enjoying the outdoors • Small refrigerator in the garage Kitchen trash can, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products are supplied. There is also a folding table great for outdoor use, along with a 4 lawn chairs. Other things to note: • NO SMOKING - A penalty will be charged for smoking in the RV • Linens are available, just let us know you would like the Linen/Hospitality option • All licensed adults must be verified drivers. • Must have a reliable towing vehicle. Could possibly deliver and set up for an additional fee. It depends on scheduling. • Generator is available for use, just have to fill the gas tank prior to returning • Trained pets only and no chewers. No more than 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet (hair, drool, accidents, etc.) There is a fee for each pet. A one-time cleaning fee will be charged, if the unit is not cleaned upon return. Most of all... HAVE FUN AND ENJOY!!! There is a 100-gal Fresh water, 100-gal Gray water and 70-gal Black Water tanks along with a 25-gallon gas tank to supply the onboard generator. It also comes equipped with two 33 lb. propane tanks to power the heater and refrigerator as needed. Gray water and Black water tanks will be empty upon departure. Gasoline and Propane tanks (2) will be full upon departure. Gray and Black are to be empty upon return and Gasoline and Propane tanks are to be full.
