For a limited time during our Fully Stocked Spring Special, this motorcoach is being offered fully stocked at no additional charge. Our Vacation Ready Comfort Package normally comes at an added cost, but for this promotional window it is included so you can arrive, unpack, and relax immediately. This spacious motorcoach comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features two private queen-sized sleeping areas. The main bedroom includes generous closet space, excellent storage throughout, and a private bathroom with ensuite access. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a road trip, or a peaceful reset, this coach is designed to feel like home while you travel. PICKUP & RETURN LOCATION 24540 I-45 Houston, TX 77382 Please arrive on time for your scheduled check-in to ensure a smooth handoff. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Standard Check-In: 1:00 PM Standard Check-Out: 1:00 PM Timing is structured to maintain scheduling consistency. Please plan accordingly. PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS (REQUIRED) After booking, you will receive access to our structured pre-check-in guide, including orientation materials and a required knowledge confirmation. Completion of the pre-check-in process is mandatory prior to arrival. Failure to complete required steps may result in delays or cancellation. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS All drivers must be 25 years or older (preferred). Drivers under 25 must be pre-approved prior to booking and may be subject to additional requirements. SMOKING POLICY No smoking in or near the motorcoach. Violations will result in additional cleaning and restoration charges. PETS We welcome clean, well-trained, non-destructive pets. FESTIVALS & TAILGATING Select events may be approved upon request. Excessive wear, damage, or misuse of the motorcoach is not permitted. TERRAIN RESTRICTIONS The motorcoach must remain on flat land with proper clearance. It is not designed for deeply wooded, uneven, or unmaintained terrain. After 30 minutes, the full daily rate will automatically be applied and the reservation will be adjusted to the next available time slot. If the motorcoach is not returned within 2 hours of the scheduled time without communication, the matter will be escalated in accordance with our internal policy and applicable recovery procedures. MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit. Charges may include replacement cost, service fees, and labor. If an item is sold in sets or bulk only, the full replacement set cost will apply. Specialty or discontinued items will be replaced with the closest current equivalent and charged accordingly.
