This travel trailer is a dream. Sleeps up to 8. Very comfortable and like new. Super clean and aesthetically pleasing with the newer 2021 model. Family friendly and Pet Friendly! It’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver that I pull it with my Mercedes ML350 SUV. It’s safer to tow with it being a double axle because it’s more stable, especially when driving in windy conditions. It helps. The hitch has sway bars, too, for a more comfortable and safe drive. There is also a rear view camera that is very helpful when backing up and for seeing traffic behind you while driving. Leveling blocks are included. The hitch is raised and lowered electronically for ease of use. Rv is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and sanitized immediately after each rental so that it is clean and sparkly and smells fresh and clean, too, even for those that do not keep pets. Chairs for sitting outside can be provided as well, upon request, for no additional charge. We have three sitting chairs and three loungers. There is an apple tv with DVD player, and with USB charging ports by both sides of the queen bed and each of the bunk beds, outdoor music with great sounding speakers, led lighting, outdoor grill, and outdoor wash station which can be used as a mini shower outside and also to wash those outdoor dishes or the catch of the day. Complete kitchen with good size larger fridge, freezer, stainless steel farmer sink, and even an oven to bake cookies is included. Utensils and basic spices, oil, pots, and pans are included for cooking. There is a good sized pantry as well for storage of food and other items. The outdoor grill is included with a small outdoor refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. There is an outdoor spray hose for cleaning off yourself from the beautiful outdoors, or for washing dishes. There is additional storage accessible from outside the travel trailer for storing lengthy gear like fishing poles as well as under the full size bunk beds, and there is also storage under the dining chair bench seats, and under, above, and beside the queen bed, as well. There is a privacy curtain for the queen size bed area. It’s also a Murphy bed, so it can be folded up to provide a couch to sit on during the daytime. Bedding is included and freshly laundered along with linens for bathing. Additional soft pillow tops have been added on top of the manufacture provided mattresses. All bedding is covered with additional protective covers for the pillows and the mattresses for sanitary purposes so you can be assured that everything is clean and safe for yourself and your loved ones. All linens are laundered after each guest. If you have any allergies, please let me know in advance so I can wash your linens without fabric softener that has fragrance. I use Tide with Downy and Oxiclean to wash and Bounce fabric softener to dry. All sheets and comforters are washed prior to each rental for a clean fresh trip, everytime. The shower has cubbies for your bathing needs. It has a rounded overhead top in the shower to accommodate taller people. Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and additional storage is under the bathroom sink, as well. Basic toiletries are included: 1 roll of Rv toilet paper per rental day, travel sized shampoo and conditioner, hand soap for the sink in the bathroom, dish soap with kitchen sponge, and a spray bottle of natural vinegar based all purpose cleaner will be provided. There is a freshwater tank, a 30 Gallon grey water tank, and a 30 gallon black water tank. The white hose is for freshwater. The black hose is for the black tank. The sewer hose is tucked into the back compartment of the Rv. There is one set of two propane tanks included for heat during cooler weather or for the outdoor bbq grill. The toilet is porcelain with a sturdy plastic seat and cover for a more clean and comfortable feeling during use. The carpeting under the dinette is cleaned before each use with Bissel’s powerful pet cleaner. Everything is disinfected before each use. There are lots of windows all around the trailer on all sides with screens and privacy shades. The entry door has a screen for enjoying the fresh air, too. The entry also has sturdy steps that fold up and out of the way when moving. It also has a sturdy handlebar for climbing in and out of the trailer as well. The AC and the heating units work great, too! The awning is automatic with the push of a button. This Rv travel trailer is my baby and it’s treated with love.
