We will ensure that the pick-up and drop-off forms are filled out correctly to protect both parties. - The RV must be returned clean inside and out. If you prefer, you can add an optional fee for exterior cleaning. - The gray and black water tanks will be empty upon pick-up. A fee for tank dumping is required. - A pet fee and cleaning fee will be added if pet hair and traces are found inside the motorhome upon return. - A $300 fee will be charged if the motorhome is returned extremely dusty, dirty, or stained. - Not available for towing. - This motorhome requires the renter to purchase platform insurance. No exceptions. - Not authorized for the Burning Man event. - A pet fee is applied to all service animals.
