This size of trailer is very popular as it doesn't require a huge truck to tow, and it's very easy to learn on. It's a nice travel trailer with some after-market and added amenities. This will sleep 6 people and is very easy to hook up and tow. This trailer comes from the factory with manual tongue jack but has been upgraded to a power jack at the hitch. A rear carrier has also been added which folds up against the back of the trailer if not in use. People with dog allergies, please be aware that this rig is Pet Friendly. It was briefly used for dog shows before we upgraded to a larger RV. The RV is thoroughly cleaned between trips with an ozone machine to limit or eliminate allergens. If you’re interested in using for dog shows, trade shows, or something more long-term, let’s talk! This would be a great opportunity for someone that wants to get started in traveling with an RV but doesn’t want to commit yet to an RV loan payment. Inside there’s a queen bed with some storage underneath. The dinette breaks down to sleep 2 and there are 2 single bunks in the back corner. Linens provided for the queen bed. Towels provided. The bathroom has a shower with a tall ceiling and moon roof comfortable for taller people. The kitchen has a 2-burner propane stovetop and a medium sized fridge with small freezer within. There is a microwave. A Keurig (single use) is included. Kitchen supplies include paper plates, cups with covers for coffee or tea, plastic utensils, cutting board, can opener, tea kettle. There’s a small electric air conditioner that can run off of 30amp and regular 110v, making it a handy accessory to have when you can’t run 30amp or a generator. The heater is electric and is visually appealing - you can change the color to set the mood inside. Outside there is an automatic awning. You will need to take care to bring the awning in if there is wind blowing. If you plan to dry camp or boondock, please note that there is NO ONBOARD GENERATOR. You will need to bring one or one can be provided for a daily fee. If we provide you a generator, you agree to keep it locked to the RV when it's not in storage inside. A cable lock is provided for that purpose. Included is a water hose for adding fresh water or hooking up to city water, hand water pump for adding fresh water from 5-gallon water in case you run out while boondocking. Sewer hose for dumping, extra wood for leveling purposes, wheel chalks, small tool kit. There may be delivery/pickup available for shorter-term rentals. Mileage would be charged at $.04/mi.
