Fully stocked with everything you'll need for your adventure (towels, bedding, chairs, plates, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, outdoor candles, rugs and more!) Tons of storage. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Stabilizing jacks. 10k equalizer hitch. 2 large propane tanks. Propane BBQ hook up next to the outdoor kitchen. Power Jack. 600lbs rated bunks (lots of room for the kids!). Extra fresh water tank for a total of 80 gallons. Pets to be approved by owners, if not a fee of $250 will be deducted from security deposit. Please put nothing but RV toilet paper down the toilet. Tanks need to be emptied unless paying the $100 dumping fee. If tanks have been agreed to be emptied and are not, a $150 dumping fee will be applied. A complete walkthrough will be done at pick up and return with an inventory list, how to guide and FAQ's located inside the trailer. Towing vehicle must have a 7 pin connector and recommended to have a brake controller!!! Deliver options are within 75 miles of Pasco, WA for $6.25 a mile with a minimum of $200. *******PLEASE NOTE: Delivery/pickup is NOT available Monday-Friday before 4pm.*********Most campsites have a check out time before noon so please keep this is mind when booking with us and your campsite.********** NO SMOKING, any sign or smell inside the trailer will result in a 100% loss of the security deposit. The toilet should be flushed with plenty of water and NOTHING besides RV toilet paper. We will supply all you will need :) The trailer should be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If not, a $150 cleaning fee or a $300 deep cleaning fee will be applied if it requires a deep cleaning. All dishes used should be washed, dried, and put away, floors swept, and sinks and showers washed. We will strip and wash bedding and towels and wipe everything down. Tanks should be emptied and the black tank rinsed clear unless paying the $100 dump fee. If tanks aren't emptied and agreed to be, a $150 dumping fee will be applied.
