2022 GULF STREAM COACH 236RL is a Ameri-Lite. It has made RV history offering extraordinarily light and economical travel trailers for over 15 years, the Ultra-Lite, and the Super Lite. With this innovative 28 foot floor plans our Ultra-Lites offer a solid, high-quality construction for families. Our Ameri-Lite travel trailers deliver top quality construction, roomy, comfortable accommodations, and well-proven floor plans inspired by people who know how to enjoy the outdoors. Obviously this was the write up from the manufacturer, you will love this trailer that can sleep 6 or a wonderful couple trailer. It’s one of their more beautiful trailer’s. It’s well maintained and I have a professional clean the trailer on every return. I am a germ-a-phobic so I like it clean. This is a nonsmoking ( cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pot, etc.) trailer. If our 3rd party cleaning service detects smoke you will be fined $300. The travel trailer has no water or electric; The renter must make arrangements for these hook ups. Travel trailers can be picked up between 2-6pm and must be returned between 9am-11am. The lot has to be even for me to deliver a travel trailer.. that means the lot is no more than a foot difference from one side to another
