Hello! We have a beautiful 40-foot fifth wheel that is truly a home away from home that we'd love to share with you. There's plenty of room for the whole family! You can enjoy the spacious front living area where both loveseats fold out into beds, or relax in the dual recliner. There's a beautiful electric fireplace you can enjoy when you get a chill you just can't shake. How about those hot summer months? Not a problem here; our camper is equipped with two AC units that really cool it off. If you want both AC units running at full power, we recommend a site with a 50 amp hookup for those hot months. We do have a converter if your site only has a 30 amp. For those who like to camp more off the grid, we do have a very quiet generator available for use as an add-on (Honda 3000W generator w/ full tank of gas). Speaking of off the grid, our trailer is equipped with solar, so you don't need an electric site to run some lights. One of the things I enjoy most while camping is sitting out by the fire and listening to music while sipping on my coffee. With the outdoor speakers, you can turn whatever you're listening to inside to also play outside. Our camper has an outside shower so you can rinse off after the beach. The shower inside gives plenty of room for even those who are on the tall side as well. The back bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new memory foam mattress. If you don't have a water hookup, we have a 57-gallon water tank we will fill before delivery. Message me about discounts! We will supply the following: Outside essentials: Four outdoor chairs, hose if you have a water hookup, outdoor mat, roasting forks, umbrella, and an outside folding table. Inside essentials: Fresh linen & pillows for the queen bed and both foldout couches, 4 towels/washcloths, a 4-slot toaster, large crockpot, a griddle, pots/pans, plates/bowls/cups, eating/cooking utensils, RV TP, coffee maker (4c), and a Keurig. Cleaning essentials: Bathroom garbage can with bags, hand soap, first-aid supplies, large kitchen garbage can with bags, Clorox wipes, dish & hand soap for kitchen, sponge, broom/dustpan, and paper towels. Check out our add-on options! We have a generator, grill with propane tank, portable fire pit, and 3 electric scooters. If there's anything you don't see and think you may need, just send me a message and I'll see if we can accommodate. We would love to share this little oasis with you! ** PLEASE measure where you would like it moved to and make sure the ground is fairly level. Measurements: 40ft L & 12ft 6" W with slide-outs. There are 3 slide-outs on one side and one on the side with entry access. ** We don't allow any smoking/vaping in the camper. ** SEWER: If your site doesn't have sewer hookups, please go to the add-on section, as we will then need to empty the tanks. ** Pets: We will consider up to two pets with approval. An additional deposit may be required, so please ask.
