Hello! We have a beautiful 40' fifth wheel that is truly a home away from home that we'd love to share with you. There's plenty of room for the whole family! You can enjoy the spacious front living area where both loveseats foldout into beds, or relax in the dual recliner. There's a beautiful electric fireplace you can enjoy when you get a chill you just can't shake. How about those hot summer months, not a problem here, our camper is equipped with two AC units that really cool it off. If you want both AC units running full power we recommend a site with a 50 amp hookup for those hot months. We do have a converter if your site only has a 30 amp. For those who like to camp more off the grid we do have a very quiet generator available for use as an add-on (Honda 3000W generator w/ full tank of gas). Speaking of off the grid, our trailer is equipped with solar so you dont need to have an electric site to run some lights. One of the things I enjoy most while camping is sitting out by the fire and listening to the music while sipping on my coffee. With the outdoor speakers you can turn whatever your listening to inside to also play outside. Our camper has an outside shower so you can rinse off after the beach. The shower inside gives plenty of room for even those who are on the tall side as well. The back bedroom has a queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress. We supply everything needed from dishwear, 4 outdoor chairs, outside folding table, fresh linen for the Queen bed & both foldout couches & pillows, 4-towels, toaster, crockpot, griddle, pots/pans, plates/bowls/cups, eating/cooking utensils, TP, cleaning supplies, broom, roasting forks, coffee maker (4c) & a Keurig. If you don't have water hookup we have a 57 gallon water tank we will fill before we deliver. Check out our add on options! We have a generator, grill with propane tank, portable firepit, and 3 electric scooters. If theres anything you dont see and think you may need just send me a message and I'll see if we can accommodate. We would love to share this little oasis with you!! ** We ONLY do delivery. PLEASE measure where you would like it moved to and make sure the ground is fairly level. Measurements: 40ft L & 12ft 6" W with slideouts. ** We don't allow any smoking/vaping in the camper. ** Pets: We will consider up to two pets with additional fee ($100 each), approval needed **
