The Cozy Camper

Thanks for taking a look at our RV/Trailer rental! We have a like new 2021 trailer camper with room to sleep 5 people. Two twin beds in a bunk style, a queen bed, and the 4 person dining table that can convert to a double bed. There is a shower, refrigerator and freezer, sink, microwave, and two burners on the stove. A/C on the ceiling unit, propane heat, a retractable awning, and outdoor speakers if you want to hook up your phone with Aux Cord or Bluetooth to play music. We will fill the water holding tank 1x at no cost for you with your rental, unless you will be hooked up to a water source at your location. At the time of set up, we will get unit leveled, water & power hooked up, and the grey/black holding tanks ready to go for first use. The refrigerator/freezer runs on propane also, so this rental would work great if you are going off grid, as you don’t necessarily need electricity for the basics. Fully stocked with cutlery and dishes, miscellaneous cooking items, marshmallow roasters, four camping bag chairs, 1 4’ Table, 1 chairside table, a few family games, TV, and DVD player so feel free to bring your own movies. -Stocked with all cooking and eating essentials. -Toilet paper, paper towel, soap, disposable plates and silverware included. -Coffee maker with coffee packets, filters, sugar and original creamer. -Comes with an outdoor rug. -Bed linens (Blankets, Sheets, Pillows, Pillow Protectors) and Bath Towels can be added as an ADD ON. -We are only offering delivery at this time. The delivery fee is round trip, includes Delivery -> Set Up -> Tear Down -> Pick Up. **Our goal is to provide you with a worry free, easy rental experience** -Drop off time can be customized based on availability of the rental & Campground Check in; just send a message. -Black/Grey water removal fee is $35. - PET FRIENDLY - Max of 2 DOGS, and MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR.
