Fast and clear communication. Went over the equipment with me on pickup. RV was clean and ready for my trip.
This is the second time I’ve rented Scott’s RV. He is a delight to work with and his RV is always great.
Great trailer and great delivery service
Perfect for what we needed. Jason communicated well throughout the process.
Jessica kept me informed about the trailer and was easy to communicate with. The trailer was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time camping and Jessica and her husband made it so easy with the drop off and pick up option. Definitely recommend!
The host was great and so was the trailer ! He was communicative and helpful the whole way. Definitely recommend!
The Pony Express was home away from home . Katie is an amazing Host. Kitchen was fully loaded with what I needed, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We will be using The Pony Express again.

We had a great experience renting this RV! The vehicle was clean, nicely maintained, and exactly as described. Russell was friendly, responsive, and made the pickup and drop-off process smooth and easy. We accidentally left a couple items in the RV and Russell was kind enough to mail them back to us promptly. The RV was reliable, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free RV rental experience. Sincerely, GA

Our RV experience was fantastic. The RV that we rented from Russell was a great RV, very new feeling, clean, and functional for everything we needed it for. This was our first RV experience and we truly loved it. Russell and his team were responsive when needed and everything went very smoothly when we picked up and dropped off the RV. They were very informative and when we had questions along our travel they were quick to respond to help out. Thanks Russell and thanks to your team. Was a wonderful experience, we definitely will go with you in the future!
