Great renter and great experience

There was a little confusion for us when this rental agreement was started. The person who made the booking arrangements, Nadir, was not actually the person who stayed in our RV - one booked on behalf of the other as a large group of people were camping together at the same campground. Having said that, the family of Sadij Mahmood (who actually used our rig) was lovely. We had a mechanical failure of the tip out mechanism. The problem was two-fold; the family left a case of water behind the driver's seat which jammed in the tip while trying to open it, however we feel that the mechanism itself was faulty, in that the water bottles jamming it might not have caused such an issue if it were in better condition. We attended their campsite and made the repair the day following their pick-up. We are currently rectifying the situation before our next rental occurs. The family were very polite, and very respectful of our RV. Sadij handled the driving of our unit quite well, and other than needing a good vacuuming, the interior is in good condition. The Mahmood family were a pleasure to deal with.

Approved driver (not the actual renter) did not arrive at agreed upon time (as communicated the day before), an alternate time was scheduled that suited my schedule given this "last minute" change. We expect better communication from our renters. The driver agreed to pay late pickup fee. Vehicle returned at agreed upon time in good condition.
