Tom set up the trailer before we even got there. He is always happy and very nice. He told us that if we had any problems to call. We have an issue we called him. He was support and we had someone help up fix it. He is amazing and his Airstream was comfortable and warm, with everything working. A pleasure to me you Tom.

James M.juil. 2018We had a great experience renting from Tom. He was very helpful in showing us all the features of the trailer and how to hook it up properly. Tom gave us a lot of support during the rental and was friendly and on call for any questions we had. The trailer was gorgeous and clean, everything worked and we didn't have any issues with either towing it or camping in it. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay on a long weekend. We were a bit nervous about the size of it (biggest thing I've ever towed) but the anti-sway bars on the hitch made it a breeze to drive with and even backing up wasn't too difficult. It got a lot of compliments at the campsite.
