My experience with RVesy was great. They rented my trailer for an event and it was well taken care of. Mike was there point man on return and he settled any problems and answered any questions I had. I would definitely rent to them again.

Another amazing experience renting for Boots and Hearts. We had a wonderful VIP family stay in our unit. They seemed to love the trailer. We were in the or one of the hydro fields (not sure how many they have). Will definitely rent for this event again. Thank you for the awesome opportunity!

Rvezy, contacted us to use our Motorhome for the Boots and Heart Concert this past weekend. The team was there to get us organized and set up. The motorhome was left for the week and when went back to pick it up it was as clean as we left it. We hope the team enjoyed themselves.

Overall a good experience renting for boots and hearts. We would consider doing this again next year.

I'm just putting 4 stars due to the pick up inconvenience we had. We were told we could pick up at 9:30am and we were not able to leave for 2 hours due to cars parked in the way of removing our trailer and no keys or owners could be found, this inconvenienced us since we wanted to get to our vacation planned. Although your staff were great to try and resolve the issue. The only suggestion I may offer is that you donot allow the persons sleeping in the trailers at the events to block the trailers and have them park elsewhere on future events. Thanks Gord

Dishes were put away dirty and some items missing (power cord, spare keys). Pickup could have been organized better and seems there wasn’t communication between rvezy office and site. No damage noticed.

Every part of this rental was a success. The delivery/pick up process was organized and prompt. The trailer was left in excellent condition.

Another great experience. RVezy, you rock.

Overall renter was clean, and left little mess. However, there was minor damage to right side of power awning which required service technician to re-allign awning post. Kyle from RVZEY, has photos of awning issue. technician charged me $100.00 for an hour servicing. Additionally, renters kept keys to trailer..5 keys at $4.00 per key ($20.00) to be cut. lastly, I needed to pump black water tank, as it was not emptied...$10.00 charge.

Fabulous first time rental with Rvezy and Boots and Hearts. Kyle and Michael made the drop off and pick up so easy. The trailer came back with no problems. Would definitely do it again next year!!!

The individual using the coach left it in very good order, with minimal housekeeping needed by us to leave it in good condition for the next rental. Instructions for delivery and retrieval were provided by RVezy, and were clear. The entire process was handled well by all parties, and we are pleased to recommend RVezy as a "renter"

I was excited about renting my trailer for this event but after a complaint was sent to me stating that the trailer was dirty and my tanks were full I am alittle frustrated. The inside of the trailer was clean where the renter was staying, there complaint was that one of the storage compartments was dirty. Fine I can live with that but what makes me upset is the fact that when I pick up the trailer there was quite a bit of garbage left in the trailer as well as the storage area.
