Lockey was very helpful and answered all of our questions as needed. We highly recommend this unit. Sorry we missed using the fireplace in the master bedroom but it was wayyyy to hottt! The trailer is very comfortable and the "master bedroom" with a king size bed is a definite luxury camping. Everything was provided - even the addition of tv with satellite which was great when we had a bit of rain :) The trailer is in excellent condition. Lockey was great with communication prior to the trip and provided his contact info if we had any questions during the week - definitely recommend!
