I can't say enough about the owners of this RV! Top notch in service from the first response to my inquiry, which took inside of 10 minutes, to answering questions before our arrival, to the set up, which was complete before we arrived at our campsite. The RV was immaculate. It was also better equipped in the kitchen than most houses and condos rented in the past. I can't speak highly enough about this RV and the owners. Book, you'll be happy.

Second time renting with Ed. He was once again amazing, easy to get a hold of, answered any questions we had right away and the trailer was again set up great and clean. We will definitely rent with Ed again.

We had a wonderful experience fir our first trailer rental. The trailer was delivered on time and Ed was very accommodating to our time requests. Ed was great! Took lots of time to go over things with us, and was very accomodating for pick up and drop off times. He even included a small camping BBQ which worked great for us! I will definitely rent from Ed again in the future!

Ed was so informative! The trailer is well supplied, clean and organized. Everything was ready for us when we picked it up. We will renting the trailer again in July and we are looking forward to it!

This was a 5 star plus trailer. We were very pleased with Ed and his customer service skills. This was our first time renting this size of trailer. We camped at Balsam Lake Provincial park. The mosquitos were thousands, but thank goodness for the home away from home experience. The appliances were very useful. Thank you Ed for showing Norm and for your knowledge to share.

A pleasure to deal with Ed. Our trip was great and so was the trailer. all the necessary stuff one needs for a good experience. Ed assisted with all questions and explained how the trailer functions and driving tips when I picked it up. Ed was available on the phone when needed and accommodated our needs. The trailer was clean and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with all the plates, cutlery, pots, pans and bowls required. Ed was very generous with his time explaining how things worked and ensuring we had everything we needed which was very helpful as this was our first time using an RV. He also responded quickly to our questions while we were camping and learning how little we knew about using the trailer. Thanks Ed you made our first RV experience a very good one.

Our family has rented several various types of trailers over the last few years gaining different styles & experiences of each & trying to determine what we wish to settle on when purchasing one for ourselves. Our experience with this trailer rental was incredible from start to finish. Above & beyond any of our past experiences. The trailer itself was exceptionally clean, in top quality shape & came fully stocked with absolutely everything we could need or might desire. Ed & Kim, the owners of this trailer, were friendly, accommodating & prompt with all responses. They were wonderful to communicate with. Ed also went the extra step to ensure our water supply was full for our weekend getaway (just in case). We would eagerly recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to rent. Our goal is to purchase a trailer of our own in the future, however, should we experience a delay with that plan, this is the trailer we would inquire to rent again without question.
