The process was straight forward and the Rv was great - new, clean and not difficult to drive. Gao was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience touring the Rockies with our 5 kids! Would rent from them again. Only one warning: RVeasy requires app to be downloaded to your phone for checking out RV - apparently both mine and my husband's phone were too old for the app! (never had this issue before) There is no other way to complete the check out so that was a bit stressful.

The RV was excellent too, clean and everything provided we had agreed on beforehand. if the opportunity was to arrive, we would certainly book again.

- Justin C.juil. 2024Guo was great to deal with. Very prompt communication. We had a blast in the RV. The ad says sleeps 8; we had 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 little kids. Would be tough to add anymore and be comfortable. We caused some minor damage to the RV, they were great about it.
