Welcome to our 2022 Coachmen Motor Leprechaun Ford450 brand new motorhome! Our beautiful RV comes with everything you need for a wonderful road trip. （No Dry Camp） Ford450 engine makes the RV climb the steep hills easily. The aided backup and side cameras can assist you to handle the RV with no difficulties. This is a 33ft motor home with two slides that can make your home very grand. One slide widens your dining and living room and the other slide expands the bedroom. Lots of draws, cabinets, and closets give you plenty of inside storage. She is equipped with 7 seat belts with spacious seating. For sleeping, in the rear bedroom, there is a very comfy queen-sized walkaround, the upper bunk makes into a double bed for two or three people and lastly if needed, the dinette will dropdown and also makes into a double bed, three-seat sofa can be put down to sleep one or two people. She can ideally accommodate 6 adults and 2 children and up to 9 people at a time. She has a fully equipped washroom, a totally separate full-height internal shower, and a convenient outside shower. She also provides hot water with two heating systems: electrical and propane, so no matter if you are on a campsite or not, you can always enjoy the warm water. Full kitchen supplies meet your needs, with a stove, 3 oven burners, a microwave oven, and a huge fridge and freezer. We also provide a coffee maker, upon request A rooftop air conditioner, propane heater, and electrical fireplace give you a comfortable living environment. Automatic Leveling Jacks with Touchpad Controls save you from the trouble of adjusting the level every time. Outdoor TV, Power awning, led lighting, outdoor table, and chairs for you to enjoy your outdoor needs as well. Dry camp is not allowed throughout the trip, as the refrigerator relies on electricity. Without access to electricity throughout the journey, it may lead to a low battery voltage, causing the refrigerator to stop working. Additionally, all outlets， micwave oven and Air conditioner only function when plugged in or when the generator is running. We also can provide nice and clean lines, Bikes, outdoor charcoal portable BBQ (not propane), Propane Firepit, and much, much more. GPS tracking is provided to protect against theft. The price for the low season is $158 per night. The price for the bridge season is $228 per night The price for the high season is $328 per night We can deliver to/ pick up from Vancouver Tsawwassen Ferry with just Ferrie’s cost of $200 + a delivery fee of $100. (one way) deliver to/ pick up from Vancouver Airport with cost of $300+ a delivery fee of $100. (one way) Drop-off or Pick-up at Calgary is also possible, with extra cost and time frame. Please contact first. We speically offer one day or half day boat trip for catching crabs & prawn and fishing. There is absolute “No Smoking” allowed in the RV. No desert or off-road driving, paved road only, please! After your trip, please return the RV in the same condition as the pick-up and respect our RV like it is your own home. And if you have any other unique requests, don’t hesitate to ask. Regular pickup time: after 2 pm, dropoff time: before: 10 am extra hours would be $20-30/hour upon season and availability. the RV must be clean for returning, otherwise there will be a charge of $100 for cleaning!
