A great experience. I have never rented a trailer before and it all went perfectly. Charles answered all my questions quickly and everything was as described. Pick up and drop off was easy. Charles spent the time showing me how The Little Guy operated. Very easy and smooth. Highly recommend The Little Guy for one or two people.

Charles is great at communicating. Made sure we were comfortable. We love that he included condiments and snacks.

This was our first time renting anyting like this.The proceedure to rent from the app was straightforward. Waiting for the host to accept took a little longer than I anticipated but they accepted nevertheless. The pickup was very good, Charles took the time to meet and show everything concerning hookup and was able to answer questions I had. The video link that was sent for the setup and take down was excellent visual reference, my advice is to DOWNLOAD and keep a copy of it for reference, sometimes you may camp in a place where cellphone service is little to none and that could make your experience a challenge. The setup was more steps that I am used to when compared to a simple tent but It kept my family and I above the cold and wet ground. There was a leak in the front canopy that I had to address. This popup is older so keep that in mind. Be sure to check the stuff in the lock box compartment on the trailer are present and nothing is missing eg. Tools, leveling blocks etc. Great experience overall, I would recommend if you dont mind putting in a little work for more comfort, especially if you are coming from a tent camping perspective and wanting to try a pilot project for "upgrading one day" Great experience, the trailer was a breeze to pull, its small enough where it just follows your car, not big set of navigation required when cornering or backing up which us excellent for beginners in the pulling/ hitching game.
