Neil is kind and knowledgeable when it comes to RVs and the unavoidable mishaps that can occur, such as a flat tire. It was a pleasure to meet him and I wish him all the best on future trips

Unfortunately, for us to make a safe and informed delivery, we would have needed more information. Thankfully, the renters were clean, friendly, and respectful.
