GINA R.août 2023Livré par l’hôteCommunication with Marg was pleasant. Delivery was timely. Photos in the ad do not mirror the current condition of the camper, which left us feeling like we overpaid. We had to clean the camper on arrival, including removing used tissues and dirty towel left by previous occupants, making us question the large cleaning fee charged as part of the rental. No remote was available for the TV leaving it unusable. Overall, it provided the shelter we needed.
Natalie M.juil. 2023Very friendly people. Unfortunately there were some electrical issues, that slightly delayed/interfered with our trip. We just didn’t feel the trailer was setup and gone over for us. Overall the trailer is nice (once everything is working).

Corey V.juil. 2022We rented this trailer for a weeklong camping trip with our family of five, and we're a bit disappointed for a few reasons: - The trailer listing states it is fully loaded, but was not adequately stocked ...many necessary items were not provided so we ended up restocking it with all of our own camping supplies. - Another issue was the cleanliness - old food on the stove, dirty floors, dog hair, pee on the toilet seat - clearly nothing was wiped down. Not what you would expect when charged an $80 cleaning fee. - The listing states that an anti-sway hitch is included, however we were charged an additional fee to use it. - Also, be aware that the awning leaks along the entire length of the trailer. It rained one night and we woke up to everything soaking wet. On a positive note, the trailer was spacious with plenty of room for our family. The owners were friendly, and they made pickup/drop off quick and easy.- William H.avr. 2022This 28 foot Shadow Cruiser towed beautifully and we appreciated being permitted to take it some distance into the States. It is very spacious and satisfied all our travel needs. I would rent it again.
